STEPS:

1. You provide AutoCAD drawings, Paper Set of Plans, PDF of CAD or paper plans--something that has a scale to it.  OR...any and all photos, sketches and diagrams that best represent the final look you wish to achieve.

   ---

2. Specify all design parameters you wish to see:
           -Colors
           -Materials
           -Exterior building envelope: Stucco?Siding?Concrete?...etc.
            -Roofing: Shingle?Tile?Slate?...etc.
           -Landscaping
           -People
           -Style of structure:Craftsman? Spanish?Modern?...etc.

   ---

3. A 3d model is blocked out for perspective reference. The 3d model is then rotated and positioned for the most aesthetic view and sent to you for review via email.

   ---

4. a.  The approved view that you select is hand -rendered with all colors, materials and details toward a finished architectural illustration.                                                                                                      b.  If 3D Sketchup is used, the 3d model is then fully detailed with all colors, materials, landscaping and lifestyle references (i.e. people, cars...etc.)

5. The final artwork images are scanned and e-mailed to you (link to FTP site to be downloaded, if necessary) in a JPEG, PDF and/or TIFF format that can be used for any presentational purpose. The images can be printed up to 18'x24' in size.

OTHER OPTIONS (provided at an additional cost):

• If rendered by hand, the original artwork can be FEDEX'd to you.  Mounting of this original artwork on a black Gatorboard is optional, as well, but requires a sales tax addition by law.
• A CD containing all files can be mailed to you.
